After finding a lack of good information on how to remove the dash bezel while doing some stereo modifications on my 2002 Ford Explorer, I decided to document and write my own tutorial to help anyone else in a similar situation.

Click for pics Recently I was invited to be the photographer at a wedding (thanks Allie!). Since I was looking to expand my skill set, build my portfolio, and get some experience shooting weddings and portraits, I agreed to the offer. The wedding wasn’t the traditional wedding and was heavily influenced by Indian and Persian cultures. Also, the bride and groom were both yoga instructors so they incorporated those aspects into their wedding.
It was a great experience and I learned many valuable photographic lessons. The room was lit by natural light so as the morning went on it became a challenge to get the correct light and accurately reflect colors and hues. The portrait shots were also a good learning experience and I realized how hard it is to get everyone to look at the camera at the same time without blinking. Thank you digital camera!
My style of photography is to capture candid moments of smiles, touches, and laughs. I strive to capture the emotions of joy and the overall feel of the day through small, slight, quickly passing moments instead of poses and manufactured shots.
The album is best viewed by clicking on the “View Slideshow” link on the left menu once in the gallery. Then change the size settings to 800×800 and the delay time to 3 seconds. I hope you enjoy the pictures!

I usually don’t write posts like this but I have been enjoying this band so much I wanted to help spread the word. If you like hardcore then do yourself a favor and check out Emmure. Click for pics It was almost the perfect Sunday Skate Session that everyone was hoping for: the weather turned out, the grills were on site, the skating was going off. Things were just getting warmed up when we noticed a few cop cars across the street. From the looks of things a super rich yuppie was out for a Sunday drive in his $80,000 convertible Mercedes. Only problem was he was drunk and pulled over. And so, as the normal order of things go, it doesn’t take just one or two cops to arrest some guy. It takes at least 4 or 5 cars with about 8 to 10 cops to do it. The rest of the story is probably easy to figure out. 10 cops standing around + a bunch of kids skating = busted. The cops were being “nice” that day and not issuing citations. O’ lucky day! Never fear though, next Sunday we’ll be back. Moral of the story: drunk driving doesn’t just affect the driver, it affects the whole community.
